Finding the right teachers for your school
As experienced School leaders we know how hard it is to find colleagues that fit your school. We pride ourselves on the fact that we will filter all candidates who apply to us, then interview them personally to ensure that they are the right fit for schools. We know colleagues come with a wide variety of skills and our experience has taught us the value of this. Rest assured whether you need a Senior school leader or a newly qualified teacher we will have this covered. Also, having worked around the globe, we also have practical experience of what particular challenges schools have in each region which additionally informs our work.
School Support Services
We probably have a slightly different way of doing things to most in that we are not fans of just coming in to a school having a few meetings and then leaving. We want to see how we can effect change and that means ‘doing’ as well as showing. Working with colleagues, if only for a day, can make a real difference if they are motivated and empowered to develop and grow. We have supported schools through focused work with Senior teams, leading a school if the Head is absent or any number of areas that schools sometimes need. Having supported schools in challenging circumstances in the UK, through to inspecting International schools or leading some first rate schools around the globe, we believe we can find a solution to any problems you may have. Finding other staff for your school.
We know that it isn’t only teachers that schools need; Exam officers, Bursars, HR , Marketing and Assistants are also vitally important for schools. We also look to ensure that these colleagues would be able to fit right in to your school and our desire to always place the right person will guide our work.
Our costs
We pride ourselves on trying to work together with schools and so we hope our prices are competitive and will help schools manage their budgets.
Single Recruitment: £990 (plus VAT where applicable) for teachers. (Senior staff/Principals at a negotiated rate with school). Discounted rate for recruiting more than one staff member.
Consultancy/support Services with an experienced International Head: from £500 daily (plus VAT) depending on the work required.
In all circumstances we can work with schools if they need us to help with more recruitment or support and thus lower our fees. Do talk to us.
