To achieve this, we ensure the needs of teachers and schools who work with 49 Thirty Two are at the heart of everything we do. We recognise the myriad and incredible experiences that teachers, all teachers, bring to their work and look to harness this to ensure that schools will be able to fill vacancies with great staff. We strive to ensure that we seek opportunities for teachers and schools where staff are paid fairly for their work, are in environments where they can be stretched and challenged and where they can feel a sense of belonging no matter what their background.
